RE-ENROLLMENT

When:

Re-enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year begins February 5, 2024 at 8:00am and ends February 9, 2024 at 12:00pm. This is not a first come, first enrolled process.

How:

You will re-enroll using your family Gradelink account. When you login to your account, you will see a tab on the left-hand side labeled, “Re-Enroll” (this tab will not appear until January 30th). Please note which child you are enrolling. You can see their name at the top of the page (Now Viewing…) and you can switch to another current student in your family by clicking on the circle with the silhouette.

Follow the prompts to complete the enrollment process. If you have done this in prior years it’s likely many of the fields will be already filled in. Be sure to make changes where needed.

Pay the application fee at the end of the re-enrollment process. It is $25 per student. This is NON REFUNDABLE. This fee must be paid to complete your re-enrollment.

Sibling Enrollment:

You can enroll a sibling who isn’t currently a student by clicking on the purple hyperlink at the top of the re-enrollment page that says, “Have a new student to enroll?” Click on that link and follow the prompts to add a sibling.

What is the Enrollment Fee?

Once enrolled, current families will have until February 28th to pay their enrollment fee. Once paid, this will secure your spot for the 2023-2024 school year. Enrollment Fee (non-refundable): $100/Student or $200/family"

What happens after I re-enroll?

You will receive an email that confirms your re-enrollment has been submitted. This is NOT an acceptance email. After the re-enrollment period ends, we will inform you of your student’s status and next steps by email.

What if I re-enroll after February 11?

Open Enrollment for the public begins on February 15, 2022. If you have not re-enrolled by February 11, 2022 your student may not have priority over new students who enroll during Open Enrollment.

What happens if there are not enough spots in the class I enrolled for?

Many times, especially in the preschool classes, we have too many students who want to enroll in a particular class and not enough spots available. When that happens, we select students using our Priority Admissions Policy.
